    We are looking for career minded Horticulturalists to join our installation and service crews.  Must be familiar plants within the region, how to care for plants, install and provide recommendations to our clients.  Must be comfortable working independently when required, trustworthy, and good work habits.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Apply general and accepted practices for pruning, fertilizing disease/fungus control and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
    • To work and oversee up to 2 crew members.
    • Responsible for paper work, documentation, photographs, client recommendations and scheduling site visits.
    • Perform estimates and sales to clients.
    • Assist in Landscape Department as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 5+ year experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture or related field. 
    • Skilled in proper pruning techniques and general garden bed maintenance.
    • Strong knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs.
    • Proper use of both organic and chemical treatment for disease and insect control.
    • Valid driver's license
    • Valid DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire.
    • Pesticide and/or MCLP licenses a plus

    We are looking for career minded Irrigation Technicians to join our installation and service crews.  Must be familiar with PVC as well as poly pipe installation, variety of controllers and valves as well as sprinkler heads.  Strong knowledge on two wired systems for programming and troubleshooting a plus.  Must be comfortable working independently when required, trustworthy, and good work habits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Startup and winterize irrigation system from both wells and domestic water supplies
    • Install controllers and program scheduling  per local rules and  site conditions
    •  Diagnose electrical, mechanical and  hydraulic problems
    • Install a complete automatic irrigation system using pipe pullers and trenchers

    Qualifications:

    •  High school diploma
