Your Role:
- Manage client accounts and ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead field teams on restoration projects, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Build strong client relationships and generate new sales opportunities
- Write proposals, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in landscape, environmental project management, or account management
- A passion for native plants and ecology, with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of native and invasive plants in New England
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive sales
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license (hoisting license a plus)
- Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License within 60 days
