Full Time Landscape Operations Manager Position Available - Hudson, MA

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced tech-savvy Landscape OperationsManagerto oversee and manage daily landscaping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our landscaping teams, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, managing client relationships, and optimizing the use of resources. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in landscaping and project management. This role requires leadership, project management skills, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor landscaping crews to deliver high-quality work.

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Maintain close communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.

  • Maintain our safety training program to ensure safety standards are met.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability of landscaping operations.

  • Schedule and plan labor, materials, and equipment for upcoming projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges that arise on job sites.

  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.

  • Utilize industry-specific software to manage projects, track progress, and monitor budgets.

  • Manage teams to execute snow storm operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in landscaping operations, project management, or a similar role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of landscape design, construction, and maintenance.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Proficient in industry-specific technology.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
