    In Collaboration with the Lead Container Specialist, Responsibilities Include:

    • Planning, installing, and maintaining container gardens, planter arrangements, and landscape beds

    • Performing routine landscape upkeep such as watering, weeding, soil care, and general maintenance

    • Providing comprehensive gardening care for landscapes including weeding, pruning, and plant bed amendments to promote plant health 

    • Communicating with clients, offering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

    • Working closely with the Lead Container Specialist and clients to achieve desired garden aesthetics at every property

    • Proactively presenting new opportunities for business (enhancements) to clients

    • Coordinating and managing plant orders and deliveries for annuals, seasonal containers and decorating

    • Reconciling plants after enhancement projects are completed, tracking materials with the mobile app (Aspire) while on site and submitting these to the Business Administrator for billing

    • Safely operating landscaping equipment, irrigation systems, and hand/power tools or willingness to learn

    • Coordinating and organizing with the team on larger projects when additional support may be required


    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or container gardening

    • Strong knowledge of plants, soil management, fertilization, and pest control or willingness to learn

    • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, able to lift 30lbs

    • Detail‑oriented with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

    • Familiarity with landscape design principles is a plus

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Basic computer competency

    Qualification Requirements

    2. Leadership and past experience in the commercial landscape industry will be given priority.
    3. Self-driven to develop personal knowledge to grow and improve skills and expertise.
    4. Massachusetts Certification Landscape Professional (MCLP) certification is a plus.
