Are you looking for a hands-on, rewarding lifestyle and career in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire?

Four Seasons Home Care is a well-established, highly trusted property management company serving second homeowners near a local ski area. We've built long-term relationships—some spanning decades—with loyal clients who rely on us to care for their homes year-round.

    What We Do:

    • Routine property and landscape maintenance, including:
      • Snow plowing
      • Lawn mowing
      • Spring and fall cleanups
    • Additional opportunities (not limited to):
      • Landscape construction
      • Renovation and remodeling projects (as demand grows with new home builds in the area)

    Additional Opportunities:

If you have carpentry or construction experience, there is significant potential to grow this side of the business, managing renovations and offering expanded services to our current and future clients.

    About the Current Owner:

I'm a former landscape contractor and arborist from the MetroWest area who moved to NH to take over this business in 2001. I'm now looking to pass the torch due to a degenerative neuromuscular diagnosis that's impacting my mobility.

    What We're Looking For:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, reliable, and conscientious individual—or a couple—who values a strong work ethic and a high quality of life. You’ll be stepping into a respected business with a loyal customer base, room for growth, and a lifestyle surrounded by nature and outdoor recreation.

    Interested? Let’s Talk.
