    We are seeking a Lawn, Plant Health Care Specialist.

    Responsibilities:

    • The care of trees, ornamental plants and/or lawns on client landscapes.
    • Monitor, diagnose and treat insect, disease, physiological and cultural conditions.
    • Select the most appropriate product or treatment to be utilized for each problem.
    • Complete diagnostic reports, interact with clients in a professional manner, and provide comprehensive, thorough information to create an ideal environment for optimum health of landscapes.
    • Maintain excellent customer relations.
    • Candidates for these roles must have specific experience running spray and application equipment, including rider spreader. This is an applicator position that requires extensive field time diagnosing problems and treating properties - and often involves heavy lifting of hoses/equipment.

    The Ideal Candidate will have:

    • Degree in Turf Management, Plant Science, Horticulture, or equivalent 5 years experience
    • Knowledge of tree & shrub species adapted to temperate zones 4 and 6 and native to Eastern U.S
    • Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, or other landscaping issues impacting trees, shrubs and lawns
    • Understanding of what will occur under specific conditions (i.e. soil conditions, climate)
    • Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills - 80% field and 20% office/sales
    • Appropriate Pesticide Applicator's License(s) for Massachusetts. Cat. 36 or 37.
    • You must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license

    We are looking for career minded Irrigation Technicians to join our installation and service crews.  Must be familiar with PVC as well as poly pipe installation, variety of controllers and valves as well as sprinkler heads.  Strong knowledge on two wired systems for programming and troubleshooting a plus.  Must be comfortable working independently when required, trustworthy, and good work habits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Startup and winterize irrigation system from both wells and domestic water supplies
    • Install controllers and program scheduling  per local rules and  site conditions
    •  Diagnose electrical, mechanical and  hydraulic problems
    • Install a complete automatic irrigation system using pipe pullers and trenchers

    Qualifications:

    •  High school diploma
    •  Experience in irrigation or landscaping industry preferred
    •  Valid drivers license with good record
    •  Experience in serving commercial and residential systems
    •  Ability to use mobile work order software
    •  Experience in using wire trackers and test meters
    • Excellent communications skills including client relations

    Qualified candidates with excellent leadership, ability to create designs on Design Software, and organizational skills are needed for both our private and commercial divisions. Duties include but not limited to:
