SCHEDULE Tuesday, September 23 If you are planning to move in early, please let the exhibits coordinator know so we are expecting you! Wednesday, September 24 This event will be held rain or shine. |
EXHIBIT SPACE Booth locations are first-come, first-serve. Refer to the map for exhibitor area in the field. Flags will indicate equipment or standard booth display. Event volunteers will be on hand to direct you upon arrival.
Exhibitors must bring their own table, chairs, and 10 x 10 pop up tent. Any equipment that is demonstrated is the responsibility of the exhibitor, all safety measures must be followed including proper PPE. Parking is not allowed on the exhibit field, except for vehicles or equipment that is being displayed. |
EXHIBITOR REPS Exhibitors receive two tickets. Please be sure we have your two representatives and any additional names by Friday, September 19. Please send the names of your representatives to ADMIN@MassArbor.org |
FOOD & BEVERAGE A barbecue lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The Patio Bar will feature a cash bar and water stations are available. |
