Here’s all you need to know as you prepare for Fall Field Day on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

SCHEDULE

Tuesday, September 23         

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Equipment Move In (optional and at your own risk)

If you are planning to move in early, please let the exhibits coordinator know so we are expecting you!

Wednesday, September 24    

7:30 AM – 9:30 AM Exhibitor Move In *drop off and move to parking area*
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Fall Field Day
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Exhibitor Move Out

This event will be held rain or shine.

EXHIBIT SPACE

Booth locations are first-come, first-serve.  Refer to the map for exhibitor area in the field.  Flags will indicate equipment or standard booth display.  Event volunteers will be on hand to direct you upon arrival.

Equipment = 20’ x 20’ space in field

Standard = 10’ x 10’ space in field

Exhibitors must bring their own table, chairs, and 10 x 10 pop up tent.

Any equipment that is demonstrated is the responsibility of the exhibitor, all safety measures must be followed including proper PPE.

Parking is not allowed on the exhibit field, except for vehicles or equipment that  is being displayed.

EXHIBITOR REPS

Exhibitors receive two tickets.

Please be sure we have your two representatives and any additional names by Friday, September 19.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

A barbecue lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. The Patio Bar will feature a cash bar and water stations are available.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The Warren Inn has reserved a block of discounted rooms ($229/single or $249/double).  Contact the Inn directly at (508) 231-3000 and mention Fall Field Day.
