Jeffrey’s Creek Land Contractor’s in Essex, MA is seeking a full-time skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our horticulture crew. Jeffrey's Creek creates beautiful spaces on some of the finest properties on the North Shore of Boston. Responsibilities:

• Edge, mulch and detailed weeding of client's gardens
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Install and maintain seasonal plants
• Operate power tools and hand tools to complete gardening tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
• Monitor plant health and identify pest or disease issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient garden operations

 Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in gardening
• Strong understanding of plant care techniques
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A love of the outdoors
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Must have a valid license
