We are seeking to hire a Lawn Specialist/Technician for our expert team. Join us for a full-time position during our green season, with opportunities in Snow and Ice Management during the winter.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Apply turf treatments to ensure optimal lawn and plant health.
• Educate customers on our services and diagnose issues.
• Maintain a high standard of service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Foster relationships with customers for ongoing service excellence.

What It Takes:

• Valid Driver's License, with a good standing driving record (you will be driving a company truck daily)
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Willing to study for and pass the pesticide license exam with our support!
• Effective communication skills and basic computer/mobile device knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Lawn care, customer service, or related experience is preferred. Massachusetts Pesticide Applicators License is a plus.
