Greener Horizon Landscape Services, an award-winning leader in landscape maintenance and construction, is seeking a Landscape Sales Representative with a passion for the outdoors and innovative designs. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to create high-end residential and commercial outdoor spaces in southeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships at all stages of the sales funnel, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare estimates and proposals by analyzing the scope of work and requirements.
- Create proposals and complete estimates for design-build and bid-build projects.
- Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, organizing, scheduling work, and preparing bids.
- Review, interpret, and quantify estimate costs, analyzing technical specification documents.
- Manage bid activities and communication, including change orders and revisions.
- Solicit, collect, and analyze subcontractor/vendor budgets and quotations.
- Prepare and present proposals, discussing project scope, costs, risks, and opportunities with customers.
- Conduct pre-construction meetings to inform Project Managers about project status and crucial elements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape estimating, sales, or a related field.
- Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Knowledge of hard-scape and soft-scape design components.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Ability to read and interpret Landscape/Architectural/Structural plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with takeoff software and willingness to learn new systems (BOSS LM).
- Valid driver’s license.
