Landscape Sales Representative

Greener Horizon Landscape Services, an award-winning leader in landscape maintenance and construction, is seeking a Landscape Sales Representative with a passion for the outdoors and innovative designs. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to create high-end residential and commercial outdoor spaces in southeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships at all stages of the sales funnel, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Prepare estimates and proposals by analyzing the scope of work and requirements. 
  • Create proposals and complete estimates for design-build and bid-build projects. 
  • Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, organizing, scheduling work, and preparing bids. 
  • Review, interpret, and quantify estimate costs, analyzing technical specification documents. 
  • Manage bid activities and communication, including change orders and revisions. 
  • Solicit, collect, and analyze subcontractor/vendor budgets and quotations. 
  • Prepare and present proposals, discussing project scope, costs, risks, and opportunities with customers. 
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings to inform Project Managers about project status and crucial elements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in landscape estimating, sales, or a related field. 
  • Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. 
  • Knowledge of hard-scape and soft-scape design components. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry 
  • Ability to read and interpret Landscape/Architectural/Structural plans. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience with takeoff software and willingness to learn new systems (BOSS LM). 
  • Valid driver’s license.
