JP is an experienced operations leader in the snow, landscaping and facility maintenance industry, bringing more than 26 years of hands-on field, fleet, operations and business-management experience. Recognized by the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) as both a Certified Snow Professional (CSP) and an Accredited Snow Manager (ASM), JP is committed to advancing professional standards, operational excellence, and leadership within the snow and ice industry. His background spans equipment and crew coordination, office systems, customer communication, and process improvement across landscaping and snow operations.
