2023 MLP / MAA Fall Field Day - EXHIBITORS

Excitement is building as we put the finishing touches on MAA & MLP Fall Field Day. More than 350 tree and landscape professionals are looking forward to a great day of networking, learning, and fun!

Here’s the information you need to get the most out of this popular industry-wide event.

Exhibitor move in begins at 11:00 a.m.  The event opens to attendees at 1:00 p.m. Top notch instruction and demonstrations will be offered throughout the day. We’ll wrap it all up with live music and a delicious barbecue at 4:30 p.m., followed by exhibitor move out.

Booth assignments are made based on equipment and services to be displayed. Volunteers will direct you to your display area upon arrival.

Large vendor companies are asked to limit their display to 2-3 pieces of equipment. Smaller booths will have easy access to unload and we will have volunteers on hand to help if needed. See map below.

Please bring your own table, chairs, and 10x10 pop up tent. Only equipment that is being displayed will be allowed on the field. There is plenty of space for exhibitor parking onsite. Any equipment that is being demonstrated is your responsibility and all safety measures must be followed including proper PPE.

Exhibitors receive two tickets with their registration. Please be sure we have your two representatives and any additional names in advance.
