2020 MCLP Recertification

In an effort to make credit reporting easier and more flexible during the pandemic, the MCLP program is switching to an online Recertification Tally Sheet for 2020.

All credits should be reported using the recertification form linked below.  Your online RTS will be stored directly in the MCLP database.

A total of 10 recertification credits are required annually.
A minimum of 2 education credits and 2 safety credits are required.

Some credit values have changed from prior years in an effort to simplify calculations. In case where the values granted for events held earlier in the year differ, the higher credit value will be honored

You may open the RTS at any time to review the format.  However, please plan to complete and submit your RTS in one session, as you will not be able to save entries and return to complete the form later.

Your online RTS will be sent directly to the certification manager at the MLP Office and you will receive a confirmation email.  If you would like a copy of your completed RTS emailed to you, please request this by emailing [email protected].

Login requirements have been temporarily removed from the Member Recertification form to allow our members to meet the recertification deadline. Note that if you still owe 2021 member dues, you will be alerted and billed separately.

* a $75 recertification fee applies for non-MLP members.
Please have your credit card available.
